Jonathan Martin brings nearly two decades of engineering experience, ranging from the highest level of motorsports to medical device manufacturing. He also draws deeply from his own journey of overcoming personal battles with addiction, where the lessons that made him a better leader at home also transformed his leadership professionally. Those same lessons are at the heart of Exponential Collective, where Jonathan equips leaders to grow one small step at a time. He specializes in developing mid-level leaders—the often overlooked bridge between the front lines and senior leadership—helping them align with the mission from the top while inspiring ownership and growth within their teams.

Kelly Byrd Executive Coach

CEOs / Owner’s hire Kelly to “drive growth and improvement in their company” by growing and improving their executive leadership culture. Personal leadership health is addressed in the process, while leadership “team dynamic” is strengthened and aligned.Kelly works with CEOs in small, midsize and large organizations. The cohort meets once a month, in person, in a small, intentional group. Each gathering is built around a focused topic, guided discussion, and practical application—so you leave with clarity and next steps, not just ideas. To protect the quality of the experience and the depth of relationships, seats are limited, and participants are accepted through a simple application process. Between sessions, you’ll stay connected through the Exponential Collective online community, allowing growth and accountability to continue beyond the monthly meetings.
